General
An extensive remodel of the interior of this home has recently been completed! All new light fixtures, most carpet replaced with hardwoods, baths are all completely new. All new windows and doors in the basement area. All exterior doors have been replaced and the home has been painted throughout! Smoke detectors added to the wired alarm system.

There are 4 bedrooms, including the Master. The Master and 2 other bedrooms are on the same floor but on opposite ends of the home. The two other bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. The guest bath is also on this end of the home. All baths have been remodeled with new sinks, tile floors, tile showers, new light fixtures
Downstairs has one bedroom - quite large with a full bath - could be another master suite. The office downstairs could also serve as a 5th bedroom.

Laundry Room
It's big, really big! This laundry room is tiled and has enough space for a small office or another hobby area. And, the attic is accessed via this room. What a great feature.

Another smaller, windowed room downstairs would work well as a sewing room or even an office (now it's a 2nd office).

Office or 5th Bedroom
This is the room which could also be a 5th bedroom. It too is spacious and is a pleasant, well lit place to work (if one can work when the lake is calling one's name;-)

The Deck
The deck is also a recent remodel. Master opens to the deck and so does the breakfast area and great room. Views are spectacular!

The Dock
Deep water covered dock with electricity - located in a cove just off the main Chanel. Kids can swim and play safely -- good fishing too!
